Closing Date For Owings Mills Bed Bath & Beyond Set

OWINGS MILLS, MD — The Owings Mills Bed, Bath & Beyond has closed off most of the store as it sells its remaining inventory. A few sections are all that remain of what was once a nearly 31,000-square-foot store filled with merchandise.

Nov. 1 will be the last day in business, staff told Patch, noting the store may close sooner since products were going quickly.

The store is closing because its lease is expiring, according to signage posted at the front of the business on Reisterstown Road.

Although dozens of Bed, Bath & Beyond stores are closing nationwide as the chain streamlines, the Owings Mills location is closing because its lease is expiring, according to the business.

In an earnings call in early October, Bed, Bath & Beyond reported more than 400 leases would be expiring in the next couple of years, which would be a factor in additional closures.

Bed, Bath & Beyond is at 10300 Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills.
