Colliers | Baltimore names portolio accountant

Colliers International in Baltimore, a full-service commercial real estate firm, hired India Bascombe as a portfolio accountant. In her new position, Bascombe will oversee the financial reporting of over two-million-square-feet of retail, industrial and medical office buildings.

Bascombe has a background in accounting and commercial property management. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a property accountant for Urban Retail Properties in Gaithersburg, Md., where she managed a full range of accounting responsibilities including lease administration, financial reporting and budgeting. Previously, she was an accounting manager for the Interior Consulting Group, LLC in Washington, D.C.

Bascombe earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University’s College of Business.
