I-695 Crash Clears At Security Boulevard

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The inner loop of the beltway was temporarily closed near Woodlawn Tuesday night due to a crash, according to transportation officials.

The two-vehicle crash on Interstate 695 occurred before 8 p.m. on the inner loop past the exit for MD 122/Security Boulevard, officials reported.

Traffic was getting by on the left shoulder after 8:30 p.m., according to the Maryland State Highway Administration, which said all lanes of Interstate 695 were closed on the inner loop.

By 9:05 p.m., the crash had cleared and all lanes had reopened.
