Crash Brought I-795 to Standstill Wednesday Morning
The collision was reported near Owings Mills Boulevard.

A crash on I-795 Wednesday morning caused longstanding delays for drivers headed north.
As of 9:40 a.m., all lanes were open and delays were beginning to clear, after 90 minutes of stalled traffic.
Previously, part of I-795 north was closed before the exit to Owings Mills Boulevard due to a two-vehicle crash, according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART). Transportation officials said the crash was reported shortly after 8 a.m. It involved a collision on the ramp from I-795 north to Owings Mills Boulevard, according to WBAL.

Traffic cameras showed I-795 north at a standstill by McDonogh Road after 9:30 a.m., with CHART reporting two left lanes and the fast shoulder were closed. By 9:45 a.m., CHART said all lanes were open and traffic was beginning to move.
