Traffic on the Outer Loop was stacked up Monday morning.
A crash on the Outer Loop of Interstate 695 resulted in a slowdown Monday morning near Woodlawn, according to transportation officials.
The two-vehicle collision, reported just after 9 a.m., closed two lanes of the Outer Loop and the fast shoulder, the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team reported.
By 10 a.m., all lanes were reportedly open but traffic was still moving slowly.
