Cresa Baltimore Represents Sandler Training in 12K SF Lease Expansion of Headquarters in Owings Mills

Cresa Baltimore recently represented Sandler Training in a 11,846-square-foot lease renewal and expansion of its headquarters at 300 Red Brook Boulevard in Owings Mills, MD. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated corporate services.

On November 1, Sandler Training, a leader in innovative sales, leadership, and management training, expanded into a portion of the lower level in addition to the space they already occupied on the fourth floor in the Class A building, at Red Brook Corporate Center office park.

Scott Wingrat from Cresa Baltimore and Justin Lange from Cresa Washington DC represented the tenant in the transaction. According to Wingrat, the lease restructure included more favorable terms, and the expansion will accommodate a new filming and video production studio.

The landlord, David S. Brown Enterprises, was represented by Lynn Abeshouse and Kevin Keane from Abeshouse Partners.
