Critically Missing Child Last Seen at OMHS: Police

Authorities are asking for help locating a 16-year-old boy who is intellectually about 9 years old, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Tavon Briscole was last seen leaving Owings Mills High School on foot around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, police said. He was spotted walking on Ritters Lane, according to officials.
The 16-year-old is described as 6’2” tall, 190 pounds, wearing a long-sleeved gray sweatshirt, black shirt and blue jeans.

Police said he may be headed toward Red Deer Circle in Randallstown.
