Do You Know This Man? He Was Found in Owings Mills

Police need help identifying man who was disoriented.

The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for help identifying a disoriented man who was found over the weekend on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills.

Police responded to the 11400 block of Reisterstown Road to check on the welfare of a person at 3:49 p.m. on Saturday, officials reported.

The man appeared disoriented, did not give his accurate name and could not give a description of where he lived, according to the report.

He was taken to Northwest Hospital for further evaluation, based on the preliminary medical examination at the scene, where his responses led officials to believe he may have a mental challenge, police reported.

The man remained at Northwest Hospital on Monday afternoon, according to Cpl. JohnΒ Wachter.
