Double Crash Leads To DUI Arrest Of Windsor Mill Man: Police
A Baltimore County man was allegedly intoxicated in a crash on I-70.

WOODBINE, MD - A Baltimore County man was arrested following a crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 70 after police suspected him of driving under the influence, officials reported.
Police said Jordan Wiley, 23, of Windsor Mill, was driving a red BMW in after 1 a.m. on I-70 east in Woodbine when he hit a vehicle that had been involved in a crash and become disabled in the road.
Wiley, who did not see the vehicle, hit it and both vehicles came to a stop in the center median against the guardrail, police reported.

The man inside the disabled vehicle - an 18-year-old Elkridge man - was taken to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center by ambulance, officials reported. His condition was not immediately available.
Police said he had been driving a silver Volkswagen east on I-70 near Woodbine when his vehicle for unknown reasons drove off the road, hit the guardrail and reentered the highway, where his car became disabled.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing, police said, and charges against Wiley were pending.
