National Night Out in Chartley Park Center

For the first time in 10 years, the Chartley Homeowners Association's National Night Out will not be held at the Reisterstown Elementary School. This year the event has been moved to the Chartley Park Center (aka Chartley Shopping Center). As in the past everyone is welcome to join their friends and neighbors at the two hour event.
