Steppin' Up for Hannah More School

Hannah More School, which provides individualized academic, vocational and therapeutic programs to students whose needs require a specialized school setting, will present “Steppin’ Up for Hannah More School” featuring political satire group Capitol Steps. The fundraiser begins at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Gordon Center for Performing Arts in Owings Mills, Md.

Capitol Steps, which will present a variety show playing on the latest headlines and issues, has become nationally famous for its bipartisan humor. The group has recorded more than 30 albums and has been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS and National Public Radio stations nationwide. A group of Senate staff members established Capitol Steps in 1981 to satirize the places and people that employed them.
