Franklin Elementary School is having a "Tech Trek" Fundraiser today and tonight (10/20/11) to raise $15,000 for Interactive Promethian boards to benefit our children.
We will have silent auction and physical fitness activities for family participation.
Some of the silent auction items will be: Autographed Ray Rice and Michael Oher jerseys; Orioles Gift basket including tour passes; MD Science center passes; restaurant gift certificates; Brick Bodies Membership and much more.
During the school day, there were physical fitness activities including the traditional "Franklin Mile" race, Nutrition lessons and additional nutrition and fitness activities.
