Fire On I-695 At I-70 Slows Traffic

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD - A vehicle fire caused congestion on the outer loop of Interstate 695 Monday afternoon near Woodlawn, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.

The fire broke out before 2 p.m. on I-695 before the exit for I-70, officials said.

After 2:05 p.m., the two right lanes and right shoulder were blocked for the response.
