Flash Flood Warning Issued For Part Of Baltimore County
BREAKING: The National Weather Service advised 3 inches of rain have fallen, and flash flooding has been reported.

REISTERSTOWN, MD - As thunderstorms move through the area, the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for parts of Baltimore County.
The warning is effective until 6:45 p.m. on Monday, July 17.
As of 4:15 p.m., officials said that nearly 3 inches of rain had fallen and 1 to 2 additional inches of rain may occur. Authorities said that flash flooding has been reported.

People should avoid standing water and be aware that roadways may be flooded, particularly underpasses, roads in low-lying areas and those near streams or creeks. Drivers unsure of the water depth should turn around; don't drown.
Included in the flash flood warning are Owings Mills, Randallstown, Reisterstown, Glyndon, Garrison, Mcdonogh, Mays Chapel and Stevenson.

Flood-prone areas are Reisterstown Road at Gwynns Falls near Groff Lane, Gwynnbrook Aveue at Gwynns Falls, Reisterstown Road near Hammershire Road, and Seminary Avenue at Deep Run near Mays Chapel Road.
