Hasso Elfert, 91, of Owings Mills

Hasso Elfert, 91, of Owings Mills, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at his home.

Born May 23, 1924, in Germany, he was the son of the late Albert and Lucia Elfert. He was the beloved husband of Katharina Elise Elfert, his wife of 60 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children and their spouses: Rolf and Kimberly Elfert, Gary and Dawn Elfert, Lou-Anne Huemmer, six grandchildren: Carrie, Meagan, Sara, Brandon, Nicholas, Gary; and two great grandchildren Caden and Hannah.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, where services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 11 a.m. Interment in Lake View Memorial Park.
