Have You Seen This Man? He Disappeared in Woodlawn
David Harvey Scott went missing Tuesday afternoon, police reported.
The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for help finding a 62-year-old man who suffers from mental illness and was last seen in the Woodlawn area.
David Harvey Scott has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and he can only walk backwards, police said.
He was last seen at 2:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of Lord Baltimore Drive at the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives, police reported Tuesday evening.

“There is a great concern in locating Mr. Scott because the man suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia,” police said.
David Scott is described as a 62-year-old white man who is 5’5” tall and 130 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

He was wearing a helmet, plaid shirt, vest, black cargo pants and white tennis shoes when he was last seen, according to police.
