FOUND: Man Missing from Pikesville

Horace Smith was located Tuesday afternoon, police reported.

UPDATE: Horace Smith has been found, according to Baltimore County police.

Original report: The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for help finding a man with dementia who left a senior living facility in Pikesville Monday.

Horace Smith, 79, was last seen around 8 p.m. at Woodholme Gardens, in the 1700 block of Woodholme Avenue off Old Court Road.

Due to his dementia, he may not know where he is, police reported.

Smith is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with brown eyes and salt and pepper hair. He may be wearing gray pants, a blue button-up shirt and a navy sweatshirt, police reported.

“While Smith is not very vocal, he is very mobile and may have traveled as far as Baltimore City,” according to the report.
