Homes Evacuated For Carbon Monoxide: Baltimore County Officials

Authorities said carbon monoxide readings were elevated in one Baltimore County home, putting the neighborhood on alert.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Homes in a neighborhood near Woodlawn were evacuated Saturday night due to carbon monoxide, according to authorities. One residence with high carbon monoxide readings led officials to the scene.

The house of concern was in the unit block of Walden Oak Court, where Baltimore County public safety officials said they were dispatched at 10:47 p.m.

One person was being medically evaluated, authorities reported.

By 12:15 a.m., officials said that they had cleared the scene and nobody had been injured.
