Officials said Park was arrested Jan. 10 after state police learned he recruited a 15-year-old girl to become a prostitute. He was on probation stemming from a 2017 assault case; and following his human trafficking arrest in January, he was charged and taken to the Baltimore County Detention Center, where he has been ever since.
Investigators believe Parks may have trafficked additional women and encourage anyone who may have been a victim to contact investigators at 800-637-5437. All calls may remain confidential. The Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit and the Baltimore County VICE Unit are handling the investigation.
