I-795 Reopens Near Owings Mills Boulevard

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Traffic was snarled Thursday morning on I-795 due to police activity, including a medevac landing.
By 10 a.m., all lanes on I-795 had reopened.
A two-vehicle crash on southbound Owings Mills Boulevard at I-795 resulted in the closure of that access ramp, which remained closed as of 10:20 a.m.
