Crash Blocks Owings Mills Boulevard Access From I-795

OWINGS MILLS, MD - The off-ramp from Interstate 795 to Owings Mills Boulevard is closed Sunday afternoon due to a crash, officials say.

One vehicle was involved in the collision, which authorities say was reported before 11:45 a.m.

Both the east and westbound off ramps from I-795 to Owings Mills Boulevard were closed after 12:30 p.m.
