I-795 Crash Snarls Traffic, Closes Lane: Officials

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Two vehicles crashed on Interstate 795 Thursday afternoon near Owings Mills Boulevard, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. The collision happened just before 4 p.m.

At first, all lanes were closed on I-795 north and vehicles were getting by on the right shoulder.

After 4:30 p.m., the right lane was open, while the crash was blocking the left lane and left shoulder.
