Jacqueline Augusta Schmidt, 78, of Owings Mills

Jacqueline A. Schmidt, 78, of Owings Mills died peacefully at home on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2016. She was born in August 1937, and she was the daughter of the late James Jacob Kolbe and Dorothy Virginia Kolbe (nee Wilburn). She was the wife of the late Charles W. Schmidt, Jr.

She is survived by her three sons, William A. Brack, Jr., Timothy E. Brack, Michael J. Schmidt and her daughter Angela A. Adkins; her five grandchildren; her three great-grandchildren; her brother’s son and his son.

A graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, at the Finksburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Schmidt’s name to Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, Attn: Development Office, 515 South Haven Street; Baltimore, MD 21224 or online.
