Jemicy Upper School History II students took a trip to Washington D.C., where they visited Congressman John Lewis’s office, as well as historic sites, including the Lincoln, World War II, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials. The field trip provided an additional multisensory component to their studies and enriched the students’ understanding of the curriculum learned throughout their U.S. History course.
