Join Baltimore County Public Library for Rock, Read, Reimagine

Baltimore County Public Library (BCPL) is taking part in a nationwide weeklong celebration, Outside the Lines, to demonstrate the creativity and innovation happening in libraries across the country.

Join BCPL as we Rock, Read, Reimagine the week of Sept. 14-18 as we visit a different geographic region of Baltimore County each day of the week with a flash mob of rocking chairs.

At each location, area library staff are on hand to encourage people to relax in the rocking chairs while learning the many ways BCPL helps county residents explore, learn, create and connect. The public can also sign up for or reactivate a library card.

Visit with BCPL on Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the St. Thomas Shopping Center as we Rock, Read and Reimagine.

Special activities include Brick Bodies Zumba demonstration, refreshments, knitting with Woolstock Knit & Sew and a special drawing for two tickets to Medieval Times.

The Baltimore County Public Library has been serving the citizens of Baltimore County since 1948.
