Murder-Suicide Suspected In Couple's Death: Police
Police said between a murder and suicide, the gunman left his three children with strangers at an Arundel Mills Mall restaurant.

Officials say a husband and wife are dead in a suspected murder-suicide Wednesday that spanned two counties. Their three children, who were left by their father at Arundel Mills Mall, are in the care of relatives, police reported.
Harry Anthony Rey, 35, is believed to have shot his wife at their home in the 10600 block of Davis Avenue in the Woodstock area, police said based on the preliminary investigation.
According to authorities, Rey then dropped off their children at a restaurant at the Arundel Mills Mall before driving about 3 miles away to a street in Severn, where he fatally shot himself in his truck.

Officers from two counties pieced together the murder-suicide investigation with assistance from concerned citizens at Arundel Mills Mall. They summoned police Wednesday after Rey dropped off his three children with them at a restaurant inside the shopping center, officials reported. The 6-year-old and 7-year-old twins were uninjured, police said.
Anne Arundel County police officers who responded to Arundel Mills determined that the man's wife could be in danger and contacted their counterparts to check on her. Baltimore County officers said they were called before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, to check on a person in the 10600 block of Davis Avenue.

Amber Lynne Cox, 28, of the 10600 block of Davis Avenue, was found deceased inside the home with at least one gunshot wound, police said.
Officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department found Rey inside his truck with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the 7600 block of Sandy Farm Road in Severn, a few miles from the mall.
Police said that an autopsy and follow-up investigation are needed to verify the theory as to what happened. The crime scenes were found about 20 miles apart, one in Baltimore County and another in Anne Arundel.
The children were released to the care of their relatives, officials reported.
