The LHOA does not have the legal authority to collect any assessments. There is not an account of the monies. There is no justification for the $144 for 2014. Where is the money going? Why wasn't some set aside for the sidewalks that had to be replaced? There is no treasurer nor secretary in office. There is a vice-pres and president only. The Directors term ended on 12/2013.
