8:22pm - With a final score of 55-53, Owings Mills moves on to the MPSSA State Semifinal in College Park.  Check back in later this evening for a summary of tonight's game, along with photos from the event.

8:20pm - Ahmaad Wilson drains 2 free throws to win the game for Owings Mills, 55-53.  The crowd storms the court in celebration.

8:19pm - A New Town basket ties the score, 53-53.  00.6 on the clock and Ahmaad Wilson at the line for Owings Mills to win the game.

8:19pm - 30 seconds left to play and New Town closes the gap.  Owings Mills up 53-50.

8:15pm - 53.6 seconds left in the game, Owings Mills up 53-49.

8:12pm - New Town continues to struggle at the free-throw line with 1:29 left in the game, going only 5 for 18.

8:10pm - Issac Brown corner three pointer, off an Ahmaad Wilson pass puts Owings Mills up by one, 51-47. 2:15 left to play. That might have been the biggest shot of the game

8:06pm - After a 5-0 Owings Mills run, Jerrod Lemon banks a five-footer off the glass to retake the lead for New Town, 45-44.

8:06pm - The home crowd is really getting into it; relentless with the noise any time New Town steps to the free throw line.

8:03pm - 43-41 New Town.  Owings Mills currently at the line.

7:58pm - Tavon Geter starting to take over. New Town ends the quarter on a 8-0 run, to take a 39-35 lead.  Geter scored the last 5 points.

7:54pm - Devonte Coleman with 8 points in the quarter. New Town leads 36-35 after a Geter layup.

7:52pm - New Town continues to struggle from the free throw line, putting in only 4 of their 12 shots.  Owings Mills still up, 33-28.  Tavon Geter is shouting at his defense to fire them up.

7:46pm- Owings Mills' first 3-pointer comes from Ahmaad Wilson about a minute into the the third quarter.  Tyson Smith follows up with a second three-pointer to put Owings Mills up 27-21 over New Town

7:42pm - Owings Mills went the entire first half without scoring a single shot from the 3-point arc.  New Town only had one.

7:35pm - Ahmaad Wilson tip-in with 2 seconds to play ties the score at 21-21 at the end of the half.  Malcolm Brown has 10 points, Tavon Geter has 7 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.

7:31pm -- With a minute left in the half, Malcolm Brown unleashes a thunderous dunk to put New Town up, 21-17.  There was a lot of contact, but no foul was called.

7:28pm - New Town is 2 for 8 from the line.  Leaving a lot of points from the foul line, shooting only 25%

7:26pm - 3:04 to play, Kyle Thomas with 10 of Owings Mills 16 points.  New Town still leads, 17-16.

7:22pm - Five in a row for Tavon Geter shifts the lead to the Titans, now winning 14-12.

7:20pm - 6:50 to play in the second quarter, Tavon Geter back in for the Titans.  New Town is a completely different team with him running the offense; less likely to settle for jump shots.

7:18pm - End of the first quarter, Owings Mills leads 10-9. Eagles forward Kyle Thomas leads with 6 points. New Town forward Malcom Brown also has 6 points.

7:10pm - Tavon Geter back to back assists for layups from Malcom Brown brings the score to 8-7 in favor of Owings Mills

7:01pm - Players have taken the court, and we're just about ready for tip-off

6:53pm - 6 Minutes to game time, gym's starting to fill up.  Should be a tight game tonight.  Owings Mills won the last meeting, 73-64 at New Town HS.
