Macy's to Shutter at Owings Mills Mall
The retailer is reportedly planning to close as mall redevelops.

One of the anchors at the Owings Mills Mall will reportedly be closing its doors this fall.
Macy’s will close in mid-November and run clearance sales until then, according to The Baltimore Sun, which reports a Macy’s spokesperson described the sale as an “isolated real estate transaction” unrelated to a round of announced closures.

Kimco, which owns the mall, has reportedly been in discussions with the county as it comes up with what an executive said were “grandiose plans” for Owings Mills Mall, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
