Man With Cast Disappears From Randallstown: Police
Police said a man wearing a soft cast was reported missing in mid August after an argument with his family in Randallstown.

RANDALLSTOWN, MD — A man has been missing for three weeks, police reported Wednesday, and he was last seen in Randallstown. Now authorities are asking the public for help in locating him.
Chad Smoot, 55, was last seen Aug. 16, according to officials.
At the time, he had an argument with family and was leaving a home in the 8000 block of Liberty Road, police reported.

He is described as 6-feet-2-inches tall and 275 pounds with a soft cast on his leg.
Smoot had no cell phone and no permanent address, officials said. He did not have a vehicle and was known to frequent Liberty Road and Penn North in Baltimore City.
