Man Is Back Home Safely Near Owings Mills: Police

A man who went missing in the Owings Mills area has been located, according to police.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — The critically missing man who left a day program near Owings Mills has been located. Police said the 20-year-old disappeared around 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24.

Christian Douglas was back home safely as of 10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25, police said.

"Thank you for all of your concern and help with getting his photo and info out!" the Baltimore County Police Department said in a statement.

PREVIOUS REPORT: Authorities say that a man who has cognitive disabilities is missing in the Owings Mills area. He left a day program on Saturday morning, police reported.

Christian Douglas, 20, was last seen in the unit block of Gwynns Falls Road around 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

He was wearing a Ravens knit hat with green jeans and a black hoodie when last seen, police said.
