Man Found After Disappearing from Pikesville Senior Living Home: Police
Baltimore County Police Department reports man was located Wednesday night.
UPDATE—A man who disappeared from Brighton Gardens in Pikesville during Tuesday evening’s storms was found Wednesday, police reported Wednesday night.
Oscar Eugene Tapp was found in the area of Stonegate Court in Pikesville, according to police.
Medical personnel were called to assess his condition, according to police, who thanked the public for sharing his information.

An 85-year-old man is missing from Baltimore County, and police say he suffers from several medical conditions.
Oscar Eugene Tapp, was last seen in the 1800 block of Reisterstown Road at Brighton Gardens, the nursing home where he lives, according to police. Staff told authorities he may have left the building during a power outage.

Tapp has dementia, diabetes and high blood pressure, police reported.
He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt with red sleeves; blue jeans; sandals; and a blue hat, according to police.
Tapp was described as 6’ tall, 140 pounds and bald.
