Man Facing Pot Charges Due in Court Friday
Robert Z. Judge of Owings Mills has been charged with having 25 lbs. of pot and a gun in his truck after being pulled over by Nebraska State Patrol on March 6. He was originally due in court Wednesday.

An Owings Mills man facing charges that he had 25 pounds of marijuana and a handgun in his car will make his first appearance in court at 9 a.m. Friday at the Buffalo County Courthouse in Kearney, NE, according the Buffalo County Attorney's office.
Robert Z. Judge, 31, for license plate obstruction when the officer's police dog detected a drug odor in the truck Judge was driving. A search led to the discovery of a big bag of pot in the vehicle's cab and the gun in the glove box, police said.
Judge was previously scheduled to appear Wednesday. The charges are intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of a weapon by a felon, police said.
