Man Killed Outside Liberty Road Carryout Restaurant: Police
Police said a man was fatally shot in the restaurant's parking lot Thursday night minutes before an officer arrived at the scene.
WINDSOR MILL, MD — Officials say a homicide investigation is underway in Baltimore County after a man was found fatally shot Thursday night outside a carryout restaurant on Liberty Road. An officer was flagged down by someone in the parking lot, where the man was pronounced deceased at the scene, police reported.
Artis Dewayne Holt, 27, of the 1400 block of Clairidge Road, had been killed minutes before the officer arrived, police said.
Holt had left the carryout restaurant in the 8000 block of Liberty Road at 11:56 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21, according to investigators.

Officials said the shooter left before police arrived.
