Man Shot In Reisterstown, Suspect Arrested: Police

REISTERSTOWN, MD — A man was shot and injured in Reisterstown Thursday, the Baltimore County Police Department reports. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene, police said.

Officials said the shooting happened in the 300 block of Bryanstone Road around 1:22 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20.

The victim was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the lower body, while the suspect was arrested, according to authorities.

Police said the man who was shot is expected to survive.

The Baltimore County Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit is in the preliminary stages of the investigation into the shooting.
