Mary Theresa 'Teddy' Beachboard, 85, of Reisterstown

Mary Theresa “Teddy” Beachboard (nee Falter), 85, of Reisterstown and formerly of Millsboro, Del., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, at the Dove House in Westminster.

Born May 1, 1930, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Falter and Margaret Donohue Falter. She was the wife of Charles Dickerson Beachboard, her husband of 51 years, who passed away on Aug. 24, 2001.

Surviving are her children Mark J. Beachboard and wife Julie of Millsboro, Del., Sandra J. Wirts and husband Clarence “Butch” and Lynn S. Yankosky and husband George, all of Reisterstown; her sister Peggy Allen and husband Ken; her eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Mary Mother of Peace Catholic Church in Millsboro, Del., and the American Legion, Post 116 Auxiliary.

A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon with Msgr. Lloyd Aiken as celebrant.

Interment will be at a later date in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Beachboard’s name to the Dove House, 295 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
