Maryland MEP Names Control Cable, Inc. May 2015 Manufacturer of the Month

Columbia, Md. – The Maryland Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MD MEP), the premier resource and problem solver for Maryland’s manufacturers, has announced its May 2015 Make it in Maryland program’s Manufacturer of the Month recipient, Control Cable, Inc. (CCi). CCi, founded in 1975, is one of the industry’s leading providers of custom cable assemblies as well as custom voice and data infrastructure solutions for the government, military and commercial sectors. The Make it in Maryland program is Maryland’s first and only program dedicated to manufacturers within the state to showcase companies, demonstrate the value of manufacturing within Maryland and highlight manufacturing successes.

Control Cable joined MD MEP’s Make it in Maryland program in October of 2014, finding value in the many benefits the program provides, from Business-to-Business purchasing to partnership development with other businesses within the State of Maryland, said Richard Meltzer, CEO and President, Control Cable, Inc.
