Medical Nonprofit Expands In Owings Mills

An organization is increasing its footprint on Mill Run Circle in iconic office buildings.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A medical credentialing organization has leased space in an iconic Owings Mills office building, real estate professionals announced.

The Board of Certification/Accreditation — a nonprofit known as "BOC" — signed a lease for 5,200 square feet at 10461 Mill Run Circle, officials reported on Wednesday.

BOC will move from its 3,600-square-foot space in the building next door, BECO Tower One, to BECO Tower Two.

The BECO Buildings are situated in an area "ripe for opportunity with the future redevelopment plans for the neighboring mall site underway and the successful Foundry Row and Metro Centre projects nearby," MacKenzie Commercial, which represented BOC in the real estate transaction, said in a statement.

Likewise, the tenant is also undergoing a period of growth. BOC was founded in 1984 to certify orthotic and prosthetic professionals and has expanded in recent years to include additional credentialing programs and an inside business development team, officials said.
