Missing Randallstown Woman Is Driving Blue Ford Explorer: Police

Police said that Lynette James-Howlett has been missing since Wednesday night and may be in distress.

RANDALLSTOWN, MD — A woman who may be in emotional crisis has been reported missing. Police said she is driving a blue 2013 Ford Explorer with Maryland license plate 3CV5857.

Lynette James-Howlett, 42, of Bannock Court in Randallstown, was last seen around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, according to authorities.

She was wearing a floral dress with pink jacket at the time, officials said.
