OWINGS MILLS, MD โ€” A woman missing from Owings Mills suffers from a disability, according to police. The resident from the unit block of Cotswold Court has a cognitive impairment, officials say.

Joanne Hammel, 59, was last seen at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13, police reported Friday, July 31.

She was wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt and jeans when she disappeared, police said.
