A woman who disappeared from the Windsor Mill area Monday has been located, police said.

A woman with a cognitive disability who went missing from Windsor Mill has been located, according to police.

Ellen Wright, 64, has been found, police reported Friday, Oct. 16.

PREVIOUS REPORT (EXPIRED) — A woman is missing from the Windsor Mill area, and authorities are asking for help finding her. She has a cognitive disability, according to officials.

Ellen Wright, 64, was last seen at 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, police said. She disappeared from the 7200 block of Chippenham Place, according to authorities.

Wright is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 190 pounds. When she was last seen, she was carrying a black tote bag and a book bag, police reported.
