BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A 32-year-old man with mental challenges who requires medication is missing from Woodlawn, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Montere James West was last seen in the 400 block of Ardley Avenue on Saturday, July 3, police said.

West is described as 6'4" tall and 170 pounds.
