Motorcyclist Dies After I-795 Crash: Police
The 29-year-old motorcyclist hit a disabled vehicle, state police said.

OWINGS MILLS, MD - A man died following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 795 Friday afternoon, police said.
At 4:50 p.m., troopers were called to I-795 south at Mcdonogh Road, where officials reported a motorcyclist had lost control and laid down his bike in the right lane. Both the driver and his beige 1997 Kawasaki slid into a black 1999 Ford Explorer that had been left unattended on the shoulder.
Jason Karl Jones, 29, was found unconscious and taken to Sinai Hospital, where police said he was pronounced deceased at 7:35 p.m.

The right lane of I-795 was closed in the area of the crash for approximately two hours, police said.
The cause of the fatal collision is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Maryland State Police at 410-780-2700.
