Motorcyclist Killed on I-795 Thursday Morning: Report
A deadly crash closed part of Interstate 795 in Reisterstown for more than two hours.

REISTERSTOWN – A motorcyclist reportedly died Thursday morning on a ramp along Interstate 795 in Baltimore County.
The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene when police were dispatched at 7:19 a.m. Thursday, according to ABC 2 News, which reported that accelerated speed was believed to be a factor.
David Anthony Madison II, of Westminster, failed to negotiate a turn on the ramp from I-795 to MD 140, WBAL reported.

The ramp from northbound I-795 to MD 140 was closed for approximately two hours, according to the State Highway Administration. Traffic was diverted temporarily onto Franklin Boulevard, WBAL reported.
Before 10 a.m., highway officials said the ramp had reopened.
