Murder Investigation Underway After Parking Lot Death In Windsor Mill: Police

BREAKING: After a 24-year-old man was found shot to death Friday morning, the Baltimore County Police Department is asking for information.

WINDSOR MILL, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred early Friday morning.

Authorities were called to the 7200 block of Windsor Mill Road at 1:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting.

Bernie Maurice Slater, 24, was found lying in a parking lot across from the Windsor Inn with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body, police said.

Slater, of the 4000 block of Massachusetts Avenue in Baltimore, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
