New Development to Bring Dining, Retail to Windsor Mill

A new development on North Rolling Road will add “fast-casual” dining and other retail options to the Windsor Mill area by late 2015, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

Windsor Office Park is under construction at the intersection of Windsor Mill Boulevard and North Rolling Road, near the Wawa.

The developer is St. John Properties, and a brochure about the property indicates the development will attract workers from Social Security Administration, FBI and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which have offices nearby.
