No Bail For Foundry Row Shooter: Police
A Reisterstown man has been charged in connection with the shooting at Foundry Row.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A Reisterstown man has been charged with attempted murder, armed robbery and other charges related to the shooting near Foundry Row this week. Police said the suspect and the victim got into a confrontation in the parking lot of the shopping center.
Rashard Gabriel Williams, 25, of the 600 block of Beverly Road in Reisterstown, shot the victim once in the upper body and stole personal items from him before leaving the scene, according to police.
Authorities said the victim went to Northwest Hospital for treatment of injuries that were believed to be non-life-threatening, and officers located him on Thursday.

Wiliams was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, armed robbery and using a firearm in a felony crime.
He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
