NOAA: Expect More Rain, Severe Weather Through the Afternoon
Brace yourself—the severe storm systems along the East Coast aren't finished yet.

Fast-moving clouds are one of the telltale signs that the weather is not done acting up in Owings Mills and Reisterstown today.
The threat of tornadoes and severe thunderstorms should pass this afternoon, but for now, a tornado warning, tornado watch, flash flood watch and hazardous weather outlook have all been issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The bulk of the weather will occur before 1 p.m., according to NOAA.
Expect gusty winds and heavy rain, which could amount to between a quarter and a half of an inch more of precipitation, the NOAA weather report states. Wind gusts will range between 14 and 21 mph.

A watch indicates that severe weather is possible, while a warning means that severe weather has already been spotted.
Tornado warnings much of Maryland Wednesday, and several communities in the south are dealing with a death toll of 178 as a result of of that storm system, according to the National Weather Service.
