Nonverbal Man Has Been Found, Baltimore County Police Say

A critically missing man last seen in Windsor Mill has been located, according to officials.

WINDSOR MILL, MD — A 47-year-old man who was described as critically missing has been located.

Police said Windell Cherry, 47, disappeared from Windsor Mill Thursday morning.

By 7?30 p.m. on Thursday, police reported Cherry had been "located and is home safe."

Windell Cherry, 47, is nonverbal and may appear to have childlike behavior, according to police.

He was last seen at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the 7200 block of Fairbrook Road in Windsor Mill wearing blue jeans, officials said. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 200 pounds.
