Officer Shoots, Injures Suspect On Liberty Road: Police
A call about a stolen vehicle led to a police-involved shooting Friday night, Baltimore County police said.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Officials are investigating a police-involved shooting that injured one person Friday night off Liberty Road.
Authorities responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at 8:30 p.m., according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
An officer was assaulted and opened fire in the area of Liberty Road at Lord Baltimore Drive, police said; one suspect was injured, and multiple suspects drove away in the stolen vehicle.

The outer loop of Interstate 695 was temporarily closed as police responded to the situation, according to Fox 45, which reported the vehicle was ultimately stopped on Liberty at Sussex roads.
Officials said all of the suspects were taken into custody.
